Returns & Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

Every item we sell is vintage, antique, or pre-owned, and every item is authenticated and guaranteed as described. Photos and descriptions disclose condition honestly, including wear consistent with age. If we got something wrong, we make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return any shipped item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, call (702) 445-7081 or email modernmantiques@gmail.com with your order details.

• If the item is not as described— we refund in full, including your original shipping, and we pay the return shipping. That's our guarantee.
• If you simply change your mind — we refund the item price. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your cost.
• Items must come back in the same condition they were shipped, insured, and packed appropriately. These are one-of-a-kind pieces — damaged returns may receive a partial refund reflecting the loss in value.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back to us, once inspected. Your bank or card issuer may take additional days to post the credit.

Local Pickup & Oversized Items

Items sold for local pickup or arranged freight delivery may be inspected in person at handoff — please look everything over before accepting. Once accepted at pickup, these sales are final, except where an item is later found to be materially not as described.

Damaged in Transit

Every shipment is insured and tracked. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll handle the insurance claim and your refund or repair — you won't be left holding the bag.
